Job Title: Electrical Engineer & Energy/Sustainability Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to lead the site's energy and sustainability initiatives through our internal program while providing expert electrical engineering support. This role combines leadership in energy management with hands-on involvement in electrical project upgrades, energy optimizations, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

GENIUS Lead / Energy & Sustainability

  • Lead and continuously improve the energy management program.
  • Promote energy awareness and sustainability culture across the site.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on energy consumption and sustainability metrics.
  • Develop and execute energy efficiency projects aligned with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed energy and sustainability practices.
  • Facilitate training and communication on energy conservation.
  • Ensure compliance with energy regulations and corporate policies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.

Electrical Engineer / Site Electrical SME

  • Support electrical project upgrades, modifications, and preventive maintenance builds.
  • Lead electrical design reviews, troubleshooting, and safety compliance efforts.
  • Optimize electrical systems for energy efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain electrical documentation and assist with vendor coordination.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
  • More than 2 years of experience in electrical engineering and energy management in industrial settings.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in energy data analysis and electrical design.
  • Knowledge of energy management systems, sustainability frameworks, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
