Duties / Responsibilities
  • Assist in the overall day-to-day running of the store in conjunction with the Store Manager and contribute to the successful growth of the business.
  • Prioritize the provision of excellent customer care and ensure all staff are committed to delivering high standards.
  • Maintain hygiene standards as per agreed procedures.
  • Ensure all opening and closing procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Undertake, delegate, and supervise all aspects of supply chain procedures.
  • Assist in the training and development of employees.
Key Requirements
  • One to two years of retail experience
  • High customer service standards
  • Stock management and merchandising skills
  • Availability Monday to Sunday, including weekdays and weekends
