Overview

Cleanroom Operative – Medical Device components. Dublin City West. Permanent role. 2 cycle shift: 1 week of mornings (7am-3pm) and 1 week of evenings (3pm-11pm) with 15% shift allowance.

Responsibilities
  • Clean room entrance and exit in accordance with cGMP and in line with current SOPs (Standard operating procedures).
  • Cleanroom garbing.
  • Product assemblies to be created within the cleanroom and non-cleanroom environment as outlined by SOPs.
  • Packing the finished product.
  • Performing daily and weekly cleaning to maintain strict quality standards as directed by team leaders.
  • Completing all documentation clearly and legibly in line with cGMP standards.
  • Provide feedback on SOPs and their relevance; participate in the ongoing performance feedback process as part of the performance review.
  • Occasionally you will be allotted tasks within Inventory control by the team supervisor.
  • Inspection – Product, Components, packaging, labels, drawings, and specifications for defects as outlined in relevant SOPs and training.
  • Reporting any quality issues to the production manager and quality team in a timely fashion.
