Galway, Galway, Ireland Aerogen Ltd. Full time
What is the role?

As an Associate Clinical Educator, you will support and educate customers across the full Aerogen solution and product portfolio. You'll partner closely with our commercial organisation, working alongside the Account/Territory Manager to influence practice and drive adoption within focus accounts. Flexible and critically minded, you tackle new challenges with creativity, drive, and determination—delivering best-in-class education programmes that meet our customers' needs.

A day in the Life of an Associate Clinical Educator

As an Associate Clinical Educator, no two days are ever the same. One morning you might be in the Emergency Department, supporting a clinical trial alongside an Account or Territory Manager. Then by the afternoon, you're up on the ICU floor leading a hands-on training session for doctors and nurses, or hosting an interactive study day for specialist teams.

Every interaction is about more than demonstrating a device — it's about building confidence, sharing knowledge, and ensuring Aerogen technology is used safely and effectively to transform patient care.

Behind the scenes, you will collaborate with both commercial and clinical teams to design training that truly fits the needs of each hospital. You are constantly planning ahead, listening to feedback, and developing your own expertise — because education is never one-way.

What makes this role unique is its blend of clinical expertise and customer connection. ACEs don't just teach; they empower. By helping clinicians feel confident in practice, you play a direct role in safer procedures and better outcomes for patients.

In short, it's a fast-paced, people-focused, and deeply rewarding career. You'll work side by side with multidisciplinary teams, adapt to dynamic clinical environments, and keep learning every single day — while helping others do the same.

What are the key responsibilities?
  • You will drive Aerogen utilization and expansion in Romandie (FR (Fribourg), VD (Vaud), GE (Genève), VS (Valais), NE (Neuchâtel), JU (Jura)) by providing ongoing customer training and education in collaboration with our local partner Anandic Medical Systems AG.
  • You will provide ongoing training through product validations, product implementations, therapy expansion, segment expansion, physician roundtables and more.
  • You will deliver Continuing Education programs to customers throughout the assigned region.
  • You will champion product in-servicing to drive standardization of care throughout accounts. You will create account 'super user' by providing ongoing clinical and professional expertise to end-users.
  • You will engage, in partnership with our Medical Affairs and marketing teams with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to execute educational activities.
  • You will support the clinical skill development of the sales team within the region to ensure clinical standards are met.
  • As an employee of Aerogen you will consistently demonstrate behaviours in line with our company culture and values

What education and experience are required?
  • 1-3 years experience as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse

What key skills will make you great at the role?
  • You thrive in a cross-functional team environment, and have experience in building relationships and influencing your stakeholders at different levels in the organisation
  • You are familiar with the principles of teaching to adults and can share examples of how you have applied those in your previous roles
  • You understand learning preferences and you adapt a variety of styles to engage your audience
  • While French will be your main working language when educating your customers, you will need to be fluent in English to interact with your colleagues
  • Your ideal background is ICU or ED. The geographical scope of this role, as it stands now, is Romandy and you will need to travel through the region to engage with your customers and deliver education sessions
  • You are comfortable working from your home
