Job Description:

Our clients are predominantly business owners who are focused on ensuring their day-to-day operations perform as they should. I.T, networks, systems, and cybersecurity are generally not something they have time to consider, and that is where we step in. We manage all of the I.T. requirements so that people don't have to worry about whether their data and systems are protected. We are looking for an individual with consulting experience (or equivalent industry experience) in the Microsoft Collaboration space to join our Modern Workplace division. This individual will have led engagements in and have real-world experience in SharePoint Online Modern designs, as well as Power Apps and Power Automate development. The role requires someone who can manage multiple projects and customer engagements at the same time and be able to manage their time effectively. You must be self-driven and able to work either in a group or on your own and have a healthy understanding of reporting structures.

Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a subject matter expert during pre-sales engagements.
  2. Understanding customer requirements and translating them to best practice solutions.
  3. Build intranets, extranets, employee engagement, and document management solutions that are security-hardened, well-structured, and user-friendly.
  4. Develop effective applications using SharePoint and/or Dataverse in combination with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  5. Migrate clients from various platforms to SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  6. Ensure our clients are trained to the highest of standards to reduce support overhead.
  7. Support our existing clients who use our Office 365 solutions.
Requirements:
  1. At least 3 years of real-world experience in setting up and managing SharePoint Online platforms, Power Apps, and Power Automate integration into SharePoint and Teams environments.
  2. A solid understanding of working with and setup of Microsoft tenants, SharePoint online administration, Power Platform, Teams administration, Entra ID integration.
  3. General web design concepts and using graphics tools where needed.
  4. Experience migrating from different platforms into O365.
  5. Comfortable leading engagements with our customers.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at the same time.
  7. Strong analytic, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  8. Ability to identify, manage and escalate issues when necessary.
  9. A healthy understanding of reporting structures.
  10. Ability to lead administrator and end-user training sessions.
