ACCPRO are working with a highly successful Dublin based tech services company to recruit for a Procurement Manager on an initial 12-month FTC. This role oversees all procurement activity and guides the procurement team. Please note this role is fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
  • Oversee the Procurement team
  • Work with with internal stakeholders regarding procurement needs
  • Assist with the implementation of a new ERP system
  • Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors
  • Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
  • Establish and maintain procurement metrics and KPIs
  • Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and sales
  • Manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and expenditures effectively

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in procurement
  • 2 years in a leadership or management role
  • Tech/IT industry experience
  • Experience working with relevant ERP systems
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
