Overview

Join our team as a Healthcare Rapid Responder at Connected Health Group Limited. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing spot checks, client reviews alongside staff shadowing.

Responsibilities
  • To be responsible for staff shadowing - ensuring Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • To undertake emergency over - Rapid response (filling new packages and discharges)
  • To evaluate and monitor the quality of the care delivered to clients and report to the area manager with concerns
  • Checking and collecting journal notes from clients houses
  • Delivery of Careplans, log sheets and gloves to client\'s homes when required
  • Delivery of PPE

To undertake any other reasonable duties as required*

Qualifications & Experience
  • Have at least 1 year Homecare experience in Ireland
  • At least 2 Core Modules of QQI Level 5 in Health & Social Care - Care Skills and Care of the Older Person and working towards full QQI Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Hold a full driving licence with access to a car
  • Good standard of English - both spoken and written
  • Must be available to work alternative weekends
  • Desirable: excellent interpersonal skills, empathic approach, highly organized with excellent time management skills
