Overview

Our client, one of the world's most successful and acquisitive PLCs, is seeking a Group Payroll Manager to join their team. This role will play a pivotal role within the Group Office function, managing the payroll process, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic initiatives including digital finance transformation and implementation.

Base pay range

Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid

Compensation: €65-70k basic plus bonus, pension, healthcare

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end to end monthly payroll
  • Manage and process employee benefits
  • Prepare payroll journals
  • Manage and review employee expense submissions
  • File payroll submissions via ROS
  • Prepare employee headcount and cost reports
Key Skills
  • IPASS (or equivalent) qualified with 5+ payroll processing experience
  • Strong knowledge of Irish/UK payroll and Revenue/HMRC filing requirements
  • Proficient in payroll software and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
