
Group Payroll Manager

Our client, one of the world's most successful and acquisitive PLCs, is seeking a Group Payroll Manager to join their team. This role will play a pivotal role within the Group Office function, managing the payroll process, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic initiatives including digital finance transformation and implementation.
Base pay rangeHybrid/Remote: Hybrid
Compensation: €65-70k basic plus bonus, pension, healthcare
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end to end monthly payroll
- Manage and process employee benefits
- Prepare payroll journals
- Manage and review employee expense submissions
- File payroll submissions via ROS
- Prepare employee headcount and cost reports
- IPASS (or equivalent) qualified with 5+ payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of Irish/UK payroll and Revenue/HMRC filing requirements
- Proficient in payroll software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
