Position Details:

  • Full Time Evening Supervisor (Monday-Friday)
  • Long-Term Experience Required

Responsibilities include:

  • Staff assignment and workload distribution
  • Promoting teamwork and resident care excellence
  • Conducting resident rounds and assessments
  • Reporting concerns and managing staff performance
  • Supporting staff development and resident education
  • Participating in emergency procedures and safety protocols
  • Coordinating activities across the facility

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state of employment
  • Two years supervisory experience in long-term care (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of nursing experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and transfer residents
  • Strong documentation skills and visual acuity

Pay Range: $63,943 - $106,407 annually
