Grupo Pampling is a textile company founded in Seville 20 years ago, with a presence in Spain and across Europe, and more than 100 proprietary retail locations. Our origins are rooted in the desire to offer an alternative to conventional t-shirts, with a strong commitment to creativity, global talent, and responsible production.

Today, the group is comprised of several brands, each with its own unique identity:

Pampling – The most established and recognizable brand in the group. It releases over 500 new designs annually, created by artists from around the world.

Wituka – Our most sustainable proposal: organic cotton clothing with a real commitment to the environment. For every purchase made, a tree is planted (we've planted over 1,400,000 trees so far).

Pájaro Flama – Modern flamenco style, full of artistry and humor.

Nerry – Urban fashion with its own essence, focused mainly on skater-style socks that bring freshness and personality to our brand ecosystem.

Citees – Our multi-brand retail network where all of these labels come together and connect with customers.

Print Guru – Our in-house screen printing workshop, internally known as El Pulpo ("The Octopus") for its ability to manage multiple projects with quality, precision, and an abundance of ink.

Thanks to our in-house screen printing capabilities, we are able to closely monitor all production processes, ensuring outstanding quality in our garments and an excellent customer experience.

We also operate our own logistics and distribution team, managing both online orders and the full supply chain for our physical stores. This structure allows us to optimize timelines, reduce errors, and provide agile and efficient responses to the needs of each sales channel.

We currently have an international team based in Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands, all dedicated to spreading our creative and collaborative philosophy ever further.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking to hire five 30-hour per week positions with rotating shifts at our new store located in Dublin - Ireland, starting in September. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and a good level of English.

Key Responsibilities:

Accompany customers throughout the sales process, providing guidance and information on models and sizes, resolving any issues, handling transactions at the register, etc.

Provide operational support in inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse tasks.

Maintain visual merchandising standards in the store, ensuring alignment with brand values.

Act as the face of Grupo Pampling, embodying and communicating our values of youthfulness, creativity, and environmental commitment throughout the sales process.

Attend to customers effectively, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and analyzing their preferences.

Gain in-depth knowledge of the product catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, delivery times, and shipping procedures.
