Overview

We are hiring a Store Manager for our Dublin shop. This is a 38-hour-per-week position with rotating shifts, starting in September. Location: Dublin, Ireland.

What we are looking for

We're looking for a Store Manager for our shop in Dublin, Ireland, with experience in team management, customer service, and a good level of English.

What will your responsibilities be?
  • Lead and motivate the team to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
  • Ensure that sales targets and customer service standards are met at all times.
  • Oversee daily store operations: opening and closing, cash register balancing, orders, merchandise reception, inventory control, and stockroom organization.
  • Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising and maintain the space in line with the brand's values and aesthetic.
  • Be the face and representative of Grupo Pampling in the store, embodying our values of creativity, sustainability, and customer closeness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and the customer experience.
  • Work closely with logistics, purchasing, and visual teams to effectively manage the store.

Grupo Pampling is a textile company founded in Seville 20 years ago. With a presence in Spain and across Europe, we operate over 100 of our own retail locations. Our origins are rooted in the desire to offer an alternative to conventional t-shirts, promoting creativity, global talent, and responsible production.

Our group includes Pampling, Wituka, Pájaro Flama, Nerry, Citees, and Print Guru. Print Guru is our in-house screen-printing workshop. We also have our own logistics and distribution teams to manage both online orders and the complete supply chain for our physical stores.

We currently have an international team in Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
