The Role

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, the Service / After Sales Advisor will present a friendly and professional face to customers and provide efficient administrative support to other departments.

Responsibilities
  • Answer the telephone and book in customers for services
  • Maintain a daily diary
  • Welcome customers to the showroom and check their details on arrival
  • Document the customers\' car problems and pass the information to the mechanics
  • Consult with mechanics about repairs
  • Answer questions about service outcomes (after consulting with the mechanic if necessary)
  • Consult with customers and mechanics to schedule car check-ups and service appointments
  • Provide the customer with an approximate cost and time for repairs
  • Invoice the service charge and receive payment
Skills & Experience
  • Previous Reception / Service / After Sales experience
  • Prior experience in the motor industry is advantageous
  • Initiative-taking professional with excellent customer service
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Collaborator with strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills
The Offer

This is a permanent role with salary dependent on candidate skills and experience, with a base salary up to €32K - €35K per annum, and a supportive team environment. Hours: onsite in Limerick, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
