Our client, one of Ireland's fastest-growing builders' providers and leading suppliers of building materials, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join their Killarney location.

The Role:

This role is suitable for someone with previous managerial experience in the trade/construction sector who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include:
  • Actively managing key trade accounts and driving sales within the branch by promoting products and services.
  • Managing people, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Creating a culture and environment that engages and motivates your team.
Skills & Experience Needed:
  • Prioritizing great customer service, with a focus on service excellence and consistency.
  • Ability to identify and develop talent.
  • Understanding the strengths of team members.
  • Maintaining high store standards and a safe working environment.
  • Managing sales and purchasing, working closely with suppliers, and administering key accounts.
  • Building relationships with customers, negotiating deals, and developing new business.
  • Staying updated on market trends and products.
