  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a motivated and high-performing team
  • Oversee operational duties including cash handling, stock accuracy, and compliance
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and concession partners
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic commercial initiatives
