We are working with a leading, full-service professional services firm in Dublin, seeking to recruit an experiencedHR Assistantto join their HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic, progressive organisation known for its ambitious and collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
  • Provide HR administrative support across various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Assist withemployee documentation such as contracts, recruitment paperwork, and employee benefits.
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job vacancies, shortlisting applications, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  • Maintain and update employee files, records, and the HR database, ensuring compliance with all leave and documentation requirements.
  • Help manage CSR initiatives and internal engagement programs, including employee wellness and corporate social responsibility projects.
  • Process applications for internal benefits, such as the Bike to Work scheme and tax saver travel tickets.
  • Co-Ordinate Transition Year Programme.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly with MS Excel.
  • Highly organised, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least two years of HR administration experience in a professional services environment.
  • A third-level qualification in HR or a related field is essential; a CIPD qualification is advantageous.
  • A good understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
