Responsibilities- Estimating & Preconstruction Cost Management
- Procurement & Tendering
- Commercial Management of Projects
- Completing a Primary Honours / Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in Quantity Surveying / Construction / Engineering or related discipline
- Proficiency in Cost Management software such as Buildsoft & CostX, as well as MS Word and Excel.
- Good verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work in a vibrant multi-discipline design environment
- Strong work ethic and the ability to produce accurate work to strict project deadlines
