Quantity Surveyor: Quantity Surveyorwith 6 years experience required to join a medium sized main building contractor who are expanding their operations in the Cork Region.
This is the ideal role for the QS with about 6 years experience with a main building contractor who would like to develop a long-term career with a growing company in the region.
Potential Projects: Apartments 200 Units Care Homes Apartments circa 100 units Fit-out projects Requirements: Degree qualified with at least 6 years experience in Quantity Surveying with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must be commercially and contractually aware.
Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work.
