Role Overview
The Change & OD Specialist supports business partnering and change functions, focusing on the organization's transformation to enterprise agile ways of working. Reporting to the Head of People Experience & OD, this role involves developing frameworks and tools for people, organizational, and agile change, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach to change initiatives and embedding new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve frameworks and toolkits for delivering organizational and agile change.
- Support planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery of change projects and agile initiatives.
- Track and report on change activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Research relevant topics to support the development of agile and continuous improvement solutions.
- Build relationships across the organization to embed agile mindsets and practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a unified, collaborative culture.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support transformation.
- Support and contribute to key projects and agile ceremonies.
- Deliver engaging presentations and facilitate workshops and retrospectives.
- Coach teams and stakeholders to adopt agile values and behaviors.
- Embed company values into team practices and support wider People team projects.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in HR or organizational change programs, particularly in agile environments.
- Knowledge of organizational design, change management, and agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and resilient team player.
Nice to Have
- Experience in people business partnering or organizational development.
- Knowledge of project management and agile delivery methodologies.
- Data-driven decision-making experience.
