We are seeking a skilled Site Planning Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our residential projects. As a Site Planning Specialist, you will be instrumental in validating lead times with suppliers and integrating them into our project programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Validate lead times with suppliers and integrate them into project programmes.
  • Value Engineering and Buildability Reviews: Contribute to value engineering and buildability reviews to ensure that programmes are practical and efficient.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, planning permissions, and Health & Safety legislation.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • Minimum 35 years' experience in planning within residential construction.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Planner, preferably within the residential development sector in Ireland.
  • Proficiency in Asta Powerproject software.
  • Strong technical understanding of the Irish housebuilding process from greenfield site to handover.
  • Knowledge of Irish construction regulations and planning requirements.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in high-profile residential developments across Ireland.
  • Professional development and training.
