Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Associate Director Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. This role requires a proven leader with strong technical, commercial, and communication skills who can manage complex programmes and multi-disciplinary teams from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality project and programme management across the full project lifecycle.
  • Advise clients on costs, schedules, risks, and project issues.
  • Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary professional teams.
  • Manage client and stakeholder communications effectively.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, programmes, and risk registers.
  • Develop and implement project delivery plans, ensuring objectives are achieved.
  • Apply best practice project management methods and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Chartered or working towards a qualification with APM, RICS, or equivalent.
  • Strong track record in managing infrastructure projects and programmes.
  • Background in engineering is advantageous.
  • Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge and application of pre- and post-contract project management.
  • Significant experience with NEC contracts; NEC accreditation is desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate diverse client needs.
  • Capable of managing projects through all stages of development and delivery.
