Dispatch Clerk

Dispatch Clerk – Full time – Kilmacow. Roadstone Ltd invites applications for the position in Roadstone Kilmacow, Co. Kilkenny. The successful candidate will report to the Location Manager.

• Dealing with customers and members of the public in a professional and helpful manner.
• Scheduling of deliveries, optimising of transport and processing of dockets.
• Daily Cash reconciliations.
• Reporting of Complaints and Safety issues to the Location Manager.
• Management of the sales/cost reports for audit compliance.
• Filing of delivery dockets and timesheets relevant to supplier accounts.
• Manage and operate the office in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Process all orders in an efficient and timely manner.
• Other duties as requested by the Location Manager.

• Trustworthy team player with an ability to work on own initiative.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Detail orientated with an ability to operate to strict timelines/deadlines.
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge of Zellis, Oracle and Command Alkon systems would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Roadstone building materials would be an advantage.
