FP&A Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
- Support the creation and management of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Effectively communicate budget and forecast updates to various departments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including consolidation, variance analysis, and key financial metrics.
- Perform detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks, providing insights into business performance.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, using PowerPoint to communicate financial results, trends, and forecasts.
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing revenue recognition processes and policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
- Work closely with various departments to gather financial data and provide analytical support.
- Clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides for creating clear, compelling presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
