Wills, Probate & Trusts Solicitor One of Irelands leading full-service corporate law firms, based in Dublin 2, is seeking to add an experiencedSolicitorto their team with demonstrable knowledge and experience of advising on a variety of private client matters including wills, probate and trusts, and extending to taxation, capacity proceedings, pre-nuptial agreements, property acquisition and sale, and litigation arising from contested claims. As an important part of this professional, innovative and driven team, you will work with and seek to expand a client base which can often include elderly individuals, family members, decision-making representatives, high-net-worth individuals, charities and other organisations. Role and Responsibilities: Client Contact Due to the nature and variety of clients, and the subject matter being dealt with, you will be expected to keep in close contact with those you advise, both in office and through visits. Estate Planning Guiding clients through the process of managing their financial situation in the event of their death, including consideration of taxes, trusts, will making and charitable donations. Wills Assisting clients in creating, reviewing and validating wills and, where necessary, resolving disputes arising from wills. Probate Providing advice on taxes, debts, asset ownership, and contentious disputes, often between family members. Candidate Characteristics: Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland. 2+ years experience in Wills, Probate, Trusts with direct client management. Strong demonstrable knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A desire to build a career as a Private Client Solicitor.
