Role Overview: As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be a key player in managing treasury functions and investment activities across the Group. Your expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and compliance will be essential in supporting funds management and investment decision-making. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities. Investment Analysis & Reporting: Prepare liquidity and investment analysis reports. Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on treasury and investment activities. Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and assess financial risks related to treasury and investment activities. Monitor risk exposures and ensure ongoing compliance with policies and regulations. Support the development and implementation of liquidity, interest rate risk, and FX risk policies. Lead on KYC and other compliance processes. Contribute to best practices in treasury control. Skills & Experience: Honours degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualification (e.g., Accounting, Corporate Treasury) is an advantage. If not already qualified, willingness to complete a relevant qualification is essential. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in treasury, investment management, or financial analysis. Proven expertise in financial data analysis and modelling. Knowledge of financial instruments, investment strategies, and risk management. Experience with KYC, onboarding processes, and compliance requirements for financial counterparties. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, and presentation software. Experience with treasury management systems and financial software. Strong analytical and quantitative abilities. Communication & Personal Attributes: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex financial information clearly. High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving approach.
