The Treasury team is responsible for monitoring fund cash positions and advising as to the most efficient use of this cash. This will involve oversight of all funds and the relevant incoming deals and investments. The applicant will also be required to support processes which provide liquidity and FX exposure reporting. Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Treasury Analyst to play a critical role in supporting the Companys treasury functions and investment activities, including services provided to related entities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality data and analysis, enabling sound and strategic investment decision-making. This role requires exceptional communication skills, advanced technical expertise, and proficiency in relevant systems. The successful candidate will also demonstrate integrity, energy, and a strong commitment to delivering excellence. Key Responsibilities This role involves managing liquidity, cash flow, and banking relationships while assisting with cash forecasting and ensuring adequate funding. The Treasury Analyst will execute treasury transactions, including cash transfers, foreign exchange, and hedging activities, while preparing detailed investment analysis and financial reports. The successful candidate will analyse financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making, develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting, and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports. Key responsibilities also include identifying and assessing financial risks, monitoring risk exposures against agreed limits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role demands active participation in policy development related to liquidity, counterparties, interest rate, and FX risks, along with managing KYC and other compliance processes. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, exceptional analytical skills, and a proactive approach to risk management. Integrity, energy, and a commitment to delivering excellence are essential attributes for success. Your profile The ideal candidate will hold an Honours degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with professional qualifications (e.g., accounting, or corporate treasury) considered an advantage. If not already attained, a willingness to pursue relevant certifications is essential. Candidates should have 35 years of experience in treasury, investment management, or financial analysis, with a proven track record in data analysis and financial modelling. Familiarity with financial instruments, markets, and investment strategies is required, along with proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling tools, and treasury management systems. Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills are critical, including the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely. Personal attributes include a commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive information. The successful candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Self-motivation, an initiative-taking approach to problem-solving, and flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions are essential. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is also required.
