In this position, you will have a crucial role in shaping and implementing our marketing strategies. Your main tasks will involve collaborating with central teams and country leaders to develop and execute marketing campaigns, increase brand visibility, and generate leads.

YOUR MISSION

As Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include working with central teams and country leaders on creating and implementing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and generating leads.

YOUR JOB
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Welliba’s mission and goals.
  • Generate high-quality and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blogs, case studies, social media, email, and more.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and social media, to increase web traffic and conversion rates.
  • Planning and managing events and webinars including idea generation, content creation, pre & post communication planning, and execution support.
  • Oversee and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, engaging with the target audience and building our online community.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  • Regularly analyse and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the product and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all marketing materials reflect our Welliba’s values and image.

YOUR PROFILE
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • You ideally have marketing experience in a B2B, SaaS Technology, or Start-Up environment
  • You have some experience of working with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO tools).
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • You are a creative thinker, with a track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns.
  • You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
  • You possibly have knowledge of HR technology and the HRTech landscape.
  • You are located, and possess a right to work, in Ireland.
