Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, corporate disputes, and other complex litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Collaborate with senior partners and colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent client service.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and legal trends relevant to commercial litigation.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2 to 6 years of PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong knowledge of Irish commercial law and litigation procedures.
• Proven track record in handling commercial litigation cases independently.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong oral advocacy skills and the ability to represent clients effectively in court.
• Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to legal practice.
• Membership in the Law Society of Ireland is required.
