Job Responsibilities:

  • You will report into the Director and be the No.2 within the team, allowing you to mentor APC students.
  • Conduct comprehensive building surveys, oversee dilapidation surveys, defect analysis, due diligence reports alongside some project management.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Foster strong client relationships, contributing to business growth and new opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must possess a Degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  • Ideally you will be MRICS / SCSI accredited, but experience Surveyors will be considered.
  • Requires proven experience in a similar capacity, either in the UK or ROI.
