The Role:

• Conduct comprehensive building surveys, oversee dilapidation surveys , and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
• Foster strong client relationships, contributing to business growth and new opportunities.

The Person:

• Must hold a Degree in Building Surveying.
• MRICS qualified or currently completing APC.
• Proven experience in a similar role in the UK or ROI.
