Sales Development Representative

As a contributor on the Sales Development Team, you will be responsible for developing key business opportunities by establishing connections, setting meetings, and coordinating demos for the greater organization. This is a high-impact position that helps support client relationships and revenue growth. You’ll be partnering closely with our Sales & Marketing teams to identify future clients. You will be responsible for generating qualified prospects through channels such as: cold calling, emailing, social selling and networking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and other methods for prospecting
  • Educate leads on our product and solutions and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with a Sales Director
  • Utilize our CRM and supporting tools to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, and accurately report and track all data
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to help drive revenue opportunities
  • Meet and exceed goals by hitting daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s
  • Lastly, bring your ideas and creativity to help develop new strategies and processes

About You

  • Preferred 1+ years in sales as a Sales Development Representative or similar
  • Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of product selling points via phone and email and passionate about customer success, about what you do, able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences
  • Have confident courageous communication skills (written and verbal), and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
  • High energy, creative, attention to detail, strong desire to win, growth mindset
  • You have a dynamic personality, passionate customer success, about what you do, able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels across the business.
  • You have a collaborative instinct , demonstrating strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving organization
  • Language Skills, fluent in English, and native German
