Life & Pensions Administrator Insight Private Clients Ltd, are specialists in the provision of consultancy services incorporating, Individual Retirement Planning, the Investment of Capital, Estate Planning and Personal Financial Planning. We currently have a vacancy for a Life and Pension Administrator. The successful candidate must have Industry experience with the ability to integrate into a busy practice from the outset. The following outlines the main attributes and requirements for consideration for this post. Duties and Responsibilities: Processing of new business applications for Pension, Investments and Life Assurance Clients. Checking of policy documentation to ensure they are accurate as per the original application. Responsible for actioning policy alterations and follow-ups with Fund Managers and Life Assurance Companies to ensure they are carried out correctly and in a timely manner. Ensuring Files are administered with due attention to all aspects of Compliance requirements and ensuring all client files are up to date and accurate. Communicating with clients regarding their Portfolio and ad hoc queries. Sales Support for the Financial Consultants Essential Requirements: A minimum of 2-3 years of Pensions and Life administration experience. Previous experience of working within a busy financial services Firm. Technical skills incorporating MS Word & Excel are a fundamental requirement. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated & ability to work on own initiative. Excellent attention to detail is a must. QFA qualification or progressing towards this qualification Well organised and capable of working to tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive Team.
