Lead Turnover Engineer

Job Description:

As a Lead Turnover Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a large-scale, multi-discipline pharmaceutical project. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Systems Completion and Turnover activities. This position requires a strong background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience working on large-scale life science or pharmaceutical projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree : Engineering related degree.

  • Experience : Significant experienceworking as a System Turnover Lead on large-scale life science or pharmaceutical projects.

  • Strong organisational, planning, and coordination abilities.

  • Effective people management skills.

  • Technical proficiency and prioritisation capabilities.

  • Adaptability and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Completion and Turnover : You will be responsible for the successful delivery of multi-discipline Systems Completion and Turnover activities.

  • Safety and Quality : Ensure a safe, high-quality, and timely project execution.

  • Review and Rectification : Review system turnover packages and rectify any gaps.

  • Schedule Development : Develop the system turnover schedule and coordinate with project stakeholders.

  • Mechanical Completion : Familiarity with achieving Mechanical Completion for assigned systems or subsystems.

  • Ability to manage multiple MEP systems of varying complexity.

  • Problem-Solving : Self-motivated with a diagnostic approach to resolving technical and construction issues.

  • Coordination : Work collaboratively with Package Owners, Contractors, Field Supervision, and Planners to achieve Mechanical Completion Milestones.

  • Materials Management : Interface with Vendors and supply chain to ensure all materials are in place for achieving mechanical completion.

  • Validation and Commissioning : Experience in validation and commissioning is advantageous.
