TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit a Grade V Staff Officer in Mullingar. Temporary 6 month contract initially. Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. 35hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide efficient administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating the flow of information within the department. Prepare and maintain accurate records, correspondence, and documents. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication. Assist in coordinating and monitoring the progress of key healthcare projects and initiatives Support senior staff in the implementation of health service policies and procedures. Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to, escalating any issues as necessary. Assist in the management of resources, including staffing, equipment, and supplies. Help in scheduling and managing workforces to ensure appropriate coverage in the department. Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare policies, regulations, and legislation. Support audits, inspections, and other quality assurance activities within the department. Address inquiries and resolve complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, supporting the overall efficiency and productivity of the healthcare environment.
