Reports to : Group People & Organisational Development Director

Key internal relationships: Divisional Heads of HR and HR teams

Location : Ireland (possibly UK for the right candidate)

Overview of role:

The HR & Organisational Development Specialist provides support to the Group People & Organisational Development Director in the implementation and on-going management of Group-related HR projects and processes as determined in the Dole People Strategy. To manage the provision of Group-related HR/CSRD reporting and general HR process implementation.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Group People & Organisational Development Director as required.

• Manage and coordinate all Group-related HR reporting, including the establishment of CSRD compliant reporting requirements. To operate as the ESG HR-related ‘knowledge-hub’ and contact point.

• Manage the coordination and delivery of ad-hoc projects (eg. data security).

• Ensure that ICFR-related compliance requirements are maintained.

• Facilitate HR process improvement initiatives as required.

•Provide administration and coordination support for the Key Talent Programme and the Key Management Programme.

• Provide generalist HR support for European-based corporate teams and employees as required.

• Manage the provision of employee engagement monitoring for corporate employees.

Qualifications:

• Degree-qualified or equivalent.

• Chartered Member of the CIPD or equivalent (preferred).

Key skills, capabilities and experience:

• Experience of managing HR-related projects in a large international organisation, likely to be a minimum of 3 years postgraduate.

• Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office tools/systems.

• Experience of project management across multiple stakeholder groups.

•Detailed understanding of HR KPI reporting (eg. key metrics and methods of capture).

•A good understanding of generalist HR activities and practices.

• Experience of measuring and improving employee engagement.

• Highly emotionally intelligent with a natural ability to adjust communication and influencing styles according to the circumstances and audience.

• Strong influencing skills and the ability to collaborate well with a range of stakeholders.

• Proactive, self-driven and resilient.

• Highly collaborative and committed to participation in group-wide initiatives.

• A high level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards.

Other requirements:

• Willingness to work across different time zones as required.

• Commitment to ethical and responsible business practices and sustainability.

• Fluency in Spanish would be desirable
