ProSource are seeking an experienced and dedicated Foreman to lead and supervise construction teams on a Residential Project in Tipperary. Your main duties will include, but not be limited to; Lead and supervise construction teams, ensuring they are organised, motivated, and productive. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members. Provide clear directions and guidelines for the completion of tasks. Promote a culture of safety on the construction site. Implement the project plan and schedule, ensuring that work progresses on time and within budget. Monitor work quality and ensure that it meets the specified standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process. Collaborate with project managers and address any technical or logistical problems. To be successful in your application you will possess the following; 3-5 years experience as a construction foreman or a similar role. Experience with externals particularly with steel work and facades an advantage. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and materials. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills.
