Our client is actively seeking an experienced candidate to fill their Office Support Administration role in Dublin 24. The successful individual will play a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless functioning of the Administration and Purchasing Teams. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent administration and clerical support to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering maximum efficiency and productivity within the company. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all administration tasks, and possess the ability to build strong relationships within the team, promoting collaboration and synergy. Requirements:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in administration or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Proficient in planning and managing workload.
- Exceptional time management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to high accuracy in all administration tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple administration duties simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration within the team.
- Capability of strong, reliable working relationships with colleagues to enhance teamwork and productivity.
Key responsibilities:
- Efficiently collating and compiling administration reports.
- Managing and processing customer returns with thorough attention to detail.
- Conducting reviews of supplier delivery dates and maintaining delivery schedules on ERP system to ensure smooth administration processes.
- Liaising with freight forwarders to facilitate smooth transportation processes as part of administration duties.
- Overseeing product maintenance activities.
- Managing the administration of the Master Price List to ensure accurate information.
- Coordinating maintenance contracts and overseeing their administration.
