Ich bin so gut – Aufgaben:

In deinen Händen liegt der Aufbau unseres Prozessmanagements und du verantwortest maßgeblich die Erfüllung interner und teilweise auch regulatorisch gesetzter Anforderungen.

Dabei stellst du eine effiziente, konsistente und qualitativ hochwertige Prozesslandschaft sicher und entwickelst Maßnahmen zur laufenden Prozessverbesserung

Du analysierst und bewertest Geschäftsprozesse, baust ein schlankes Reporting auf und implementierst risikoorientiert ein internes Kontroll-System. Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf der Wertschöpfungskette Richtung Kunden.

Zusätzlich vermittelst du Methodenkompetenz zum Prozessmanagement und bist Sparring-Partner:in für die Führungskräfte

Ich bin so weit – Profil: 

Deine Basis: Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie eine für die Stelle einschlägige Erfahrung.

Deine Hard Skills: Expertenwissen im Bereich technischer / prozessualer Schnittstellen bringst du mit.

Deine Sprachkenntnisse: Neben Deutschkenntnissen bringst du für unser internationales Umfeld zusätzlich gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

Deine Soft Skills: Durch deine soziale Kompetenz kannst du Kolleg:innen für deine Ideen gewinnen und ausgeprägte Hands-On Mentalität zeichnen dich aus.
