Ich bin so gut - Aufgaben :

Du erarbeitest E-Learning Formate in Deutsch und Englisch zu den Interflex-Lösungen für unsere internen und externen Kunden.

Für die von dir erstellten E-Learnings übernimmst du das Projektmanagement.

Die Konzeption deiner Trainingsmodule und die Erstellung der zugehörigen Materialien verantwortest du ein Eigenregie, ebenso wie deren Aktualisierung.

Du arbeitest dabei eng mit unserem Trainingsteam sowie unseren Kunden und Partnern zusammen.

Deine Basis: Du bringst eine Leidenschaft für Lernen und Wissenstransfer mit und bist motiviert, unsere Kunden mit effektiven digitalen Lernlösungen zu unserer Software zu begeistern. Ein Portfolio deiner wichtigsten E-Learning Projekte, die auf erwachsene Lernende zugeschnitten sind, unterstreicht deine mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Online-Lernerlebnissen.

Deine Hard Skills: Instructional Design, ADDIE oder SCORM sind keine Fremdwörter für dich und auch bei „Storyline“ denkst du zuerst an Trigger. Mit Designtools und -technologien bist du ebenfalls vertraut, um selbst Videos, Audios und Bilder multimedial zu erstellen und zu bearbeiten. Im Fokus deiner Projekte stehen immer die Zielgruppe und das Lernziel.

Deine Soft Skills : Du überzeugst durch starke Kommunikations- und Schreibfähigkeiten, mit denen du deine Kunden effektiv ansprichst. Du weißt, wie du relevante Informationen von unwichtigen unterscheidest und nutzt anschauliche Beispiele, um abstrakte Konzepte verständlich zu machen. Du hältst dich auf dem neuesten Stand der Entwicklungen im E-Learning-Bereich und nutzt dieses Wissen in deinen Projekten.

Deine Sprachkenntnisse : Deutsch und Englisch sprichst und schreibst du fließend.
