In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying potential clients, and delivering outstanding customer service in the Leinster Region. Seeking 4 years of experience in sales within Plant & Tool & Machinery Hire or related Industry. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Sales Growth: Consistently work towards increasing monthly sales. Reporting & Analysis: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospective clients for weekly meetings. Customer Service: Respond promptly to inquiries about hire rates and availability while ensuring exceptional service. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 4 years of experience in sales within Plant & Tool & Machinery Hire or related Industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Willingness to travel as required.
