Scurri optimises the ordering, shipping and delivery processes for a growing list of online retailers and distribution companies. We make it easier for well known brands to ship goods to their customers around the world.

A growing demand for online shopping means that we have an exceptional opportunity for a German Speaking Account Executive to join our expanding team and further propel our growth in the German market.

This is a full time / permanent role based out of our stunning new Wexford Town HQ.

The successful candidate will drive pipeline growth to uncover, qualify and nurture new opportunities within key European markets. This role is focused on outbound prospecting to target accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed ARR monthly sales quotas by closing sales opportunities
  • Identify, research and connect with key contacts within target accounts.
  • Work with the BDR and marketing teams to convert prospects to a robust pipeline of Mid Market opportunities
  • Gain a deep understanding of prospects business and discover the key challenges preventing them from achieving their business objectives
  • Work closely with operations and engineering to develop compelling solutions that will solve prospects challenges
  • Develop written and verbal proposals, presentations and submissions that effectively communicate potential solutions
  • Qualify all potential opportunities and ensure the pipeline is accurately reflected in salesforce
  • Coordinate the configuration of technical solutions for a potential client
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Native German Speaker of high professional proficiency level
  • 3 years+ SaaS sales / solution selling experience
  • Someone that is resilient by nature and has a must win attitude
  • Outstanding verbal, written and stand up presentation skills in English and German
  • Demonstrable and extensive closing experience.
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented and a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
  • A third level qualification would be ideal but not essential.
  • You have a full and clean valid drivers licence and a car owner
  • You will be able to work and travel freely within Ireland and the UK / EU area
