Our client is a leading multinational law firm renowned for its innovative and client-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research on competition and antitrust matters, including EU and Irish regulations. Assist with preparing and reviewing legal documents, including correspondence, reports, and court filings. Support the team in managing case files and maintaining accurate records. Liaise with clients, regulators, and external counsel on case updates and deadlines. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for client meetings. Coordinate with other teams within the firm to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines. Provide administrative support to senior lawyers, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings. Skills and Qualifications: A degree in Law or a related field. Previous experience as a paralegal, ideally within an antitrust or competition law team, is highly desirable. Strong understanding of Irish and EU competition law and regulatory frameworks. Excellent research and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in legal document management and drafting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
