Quality Manager Co Meath Fulltime/Permanent Monday - Friday Days Attractive Salary Vickerstock is proud to partner with a leading FMCG manufacturer, renowned for delivering high-quality products within its specialist sector. As the company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their team at their Co. Meath facility. Reporting to senior management and leading a small team, you will take full ownership of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, supplier approvals, NPD processes, and ingredient evaluations. You'll play a key role in maintaining the company's high standards while fostering a strong food safety culture. Key duties Ensure full compliance with company procedures, legislation, and regulatory requirements. Manage and oversee quality control and assurance across the entire manufacturing process. Maintain and continuously improve HACCP and quality management systems. Liaise with customer and supplier technical teams. Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, investigate failures, and implement corrective actions. Lead the investigation of non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints, ensuring effective preventive measures. Prepare and manage site audits, ensuring previous actions are resolved. Conduct internal audits, product inspections, and packaging traceability exercises. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes We are looking for 3+ years experience as Quality Manager within food manufacturing BRC experience essential Attention to detail and ability to understand standards and specifications What's on offer?
