Key Requirements A relevant construction / property related qualification Experience in the property sector Experienced in Development Management (preferred but not essential) Experienced in the Sales Closing process (preferred but not essential) Knowledge of the construction cycle of a large residential development 3-4 years overall experience Happy being based in the office in South Dublin -full time, with occasional site visits.
