Job Title: Staff Grade Speech and Language Therapist (CDNT) Location: South Dublin Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract Shift Pattern: Full-time/Part time Are you an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist eager to make a positive impact on childrens lives? Join our dedicated Childrens Disability Network Team (CDNT) in South Dublin, where youll play a key role in delivering family-centred care to children and young people with developmental needs. About the Role: As a Staff Grade Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide assessments, interventions, and support to children with diverse communication, speech, language, and feeding/swallowing needs. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will help children achieve their developmental goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans. Deliver evidence-based interventions to address communication challenges. Collaborate with families to empower them in supporting their childs development. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve holistic outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records. Requirements: Essential: A degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent. CORU registration or eligibility to register. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for working with children and families. Desirable: Experience in paediatrics or disability services. Knowledge of specific therapeutic approaches, such as AAC, Lmh, or Hanen.
