What the day will look like As an Associate Director & Client Relationship Lead, you will lead Aon Captive Management service teams to deliver top quality captive management services to a number of our client captive insurance and reinsurance companies. You will also be a member of our Senior Leadership Team responsible for delivering financial and business results in line with our strategic objectives.
