Join us today as an Accommodation Supervisor About The Role Job Purpose: To assist the Accommodation Manager and Assistant Accommodation Manager and to promote good team relations in the department Reports To:Accommodation Manager Accommodation Supervisor Key Duties and Responsibilities: Tasks & Responsibilities To assist the Accommodation Manager and Assistant Accommodation Manager To ensure appropriate quality standards are always documented and adhered to and regularly reviewed to consider changing customer requirements. To promote good team relations in the department ensuring fairness and consistency in all dealings with team members. To hold daily team briefings in the department to ensure effective communication. To always ensure a high level of hygiene throughout the department To ensure an appropriate and comprehensive customer feedback system is in operation and the results are reflected in services and training. To ensure effective stock control systems are in place in area of responsibility. ?Skills/Experience to include but are not limited to: At least 2 years experience in a similar role Must be organised and efficient Flexibility and a proactive approach is a must in this role. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
