Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Recruitment & Admissions Manager within Central Office - UCD College of Social Sciences and Law. Reporting to the College Marketing & Communications Manager, they will play a key role in supporting the strategic ambitions of the College and will be responsible for recruiting high calibre international students and managing conversion activity. This will allow the College to improve the quality and calibre of applicants, increase revenue and grow our reputation and profile at national and international levels. The principal duties of the Recruitment & Admissions Manager will involve the successful recruitment of non-EU students for the College's portfolio of programmes through the development and execution of an effective and targeted engagement and recruitment plan. The role involves the effective and efficient operation of the international admissions process, guaranteeing that excellent customer service is provided to prospective students and to our schools. In addition, the post holder will develop a close working relationship with the Vice-Principal for Global Engagement, College Office staff, Alumni, and the Careers Network teams, as well as external stakeholders. Key to the success of this role is the on-going relationship management with applicants, partner universities, international agents, as well as internal and external academic staff, UCD Global, UCD Overseas Campuses, UCD Global Centres and central UCD administration.
