About your new employer An award-winning Irish dairy company are looking for an Order Specialist to join their Limerick Site. About your new job Coordinate transportation of dairy products from suppliers to warehouses and customers. Schedule, track, and ensure on-time delivery, resolving any logistical issues quickly. Communicate with vendors on production and shipping schedules. Work with warehouse and trading partners to manage inventory and maintain food-grade storage standards. Update customers on shipment status and address inquiries. Monitor warehouse inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock. Ensure warehouses comply with food-grade storage requirements. Prepare, review, and process shipment invoices accurately and on time. Collaborate with finance to resolve invoicing issues. Maintain accurate logistics, warehousing, and customer records. Report on logistics performance, inventory, and compliance for management. Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Suggest or implement improvements for smoother operations. Accurately enter and update data in the company system. What skill/experience you need Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexible in a high pace environment An ability to provide attention to details Willing to develop within a role with the intention of providing the best and most productive support to the overall team Proactive and able to solve problems as they arise Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Whats on offer Full time Perm role (Monday Friday).
