Data Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organizedData Administrator to join our team. The role involves accurately inputting data, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and supporting the team in processing payments on time. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Position will report to Finance Manager and will be offered on an initial 9 month part time 20 hour per week (Mon-Fri, 5 x 4 hrs) contract with opportunity for the longer term. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and verify data ensuring compliance with processing deadlines. Verify information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Maintenance of records and associated documentation. Support the team in preparing reports and audits. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, company policies, and legal requirements. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accuracy of data in line with processing deadlines. Maintain confidentiality of data. Skills & Qualifications: ? Essential: Previous experience in similar data entry or administration position Strong numerical and data entry skills. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills for liaising with employees and stakeholders.
