Role Description: They are now seeking a Logistics Administrator to join their growing team based in Shannon, where you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels to ensure the timely availability of goods and efficient stock distribution. The role will have a focus on order processing, stock administration, shipping & dispatch, safety & compliance, and system management. You will be highly organised and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills, an open-minded approach towards continuous improvement and innovation, and a desire to work as part of a busy and collaborative team environment. Full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing & Shipping/Dispatch. Stock Audits & Documentation/Reporting. Safety & Compliance management. System Management & Data Entry. Goods In & Goods Out (Shipping & Receiving). All Warehouse Co-ordination & Administration as relevant to this post. Other ad hoc duties as required. Skills & Qualifications: You will have a minimum of 2+ year's experience in a Logistics or Warehouse Administration role. Excellent IT Skills and strong proficiency across the MS Office suite including MS Excel. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
